Our artisans undergo a 3-6 month training process. Weaving is a natural part of rural life in Namibia, so transferring their skills to our process is an easy transition for most.

Our wages start at double the country requirement. For our highly skilled artisans and managers, we pay wages of five times the minimum requirement.

As our company grows, our commitment is to honor those on whom this business is built- in our wages and the price we pay for our wool.
